We are looking for a highly motivated Java Developer/Java Software Engineer with the below capabilities:

⦁A genuine interest in the latest technology and possess Excellent English communication skills, collaborative team member keen to share knowledge and learn from others.

⦁Minimum of 2 years work experiance

⦁Strong knowledge of core Java, happy to work with Scala moving forward

⦁Strong experience of Java/J2EE development and any J2EE frameworks.
⦁Webservices (XML,XSD, WSDL, XSLT, Xquery, Xpath, Restful, Json)

⦁Good knowledge of Spark or the Hadoop ecosystem

⦁Familiar with AWS, Mesos or Docker

⦁Advocate of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and engineering practices (TDD, BDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Integration, Continous Delivery, automated testing and deployment)
Ideally. hold a degree in Computer Science/Maths (or similar subject)
Nice to have:

⦁Knowledge of Cloud Deployments on Amazon Web Services (AWS)

⦁Familiar with AWS, Mesos or Docker.
